Colorado Catholic Business Network began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where Catholic business professionals could connect, encourage one another, and grow in both faith and business.
What started as an idea to bring together like-minded professionals has grown into a thriving network of relationships, opportunities, and local chapters across Colorado. From the beginning, the heart behind this organization has been about more than networking. It has been about building authentic community, supporting Catholic professionals in their calling, and creating a place where faith and work are not separate—but deeply connected.
At the center of our mission is our patron, Saint Joseph—a model of faithful work, quiet leadership, integrity, and trust in God. As a provider, protector, and craftsman, Saint Joseph reflects the very virtues we strive to embody in our businesses and professional lives. We look to him as a guide in building not only successful businesses, but lives rooted in purpose, humility, and service.
How It Started
In 2023, the foundation was laid for what would become Colorado Catholic Business Network. A leadership team was formed, and the organization’s vision and mission began to take shape. That same year, we hosted our first in-person event in August 2023, marking the beginning of a growing movement of Catholic professionals seeking meaningful connection and shared purpose.
As momentum built, networking events began taking place every other month, giving members regular opportunities to gather, collaborate, and strengthen both business relationships and spiritual community.
Growing with Purpose
In 2024, that momentum continued as networking events expanded to a monthly schedule. This consistent rhythm of connection reflected the growing interest and need for a Catholic-centered business community in Colorado.
That same year, the organization was officially registered as a nonprofit with the State of Colorado—an important step in establishing a strong foundation for long-term impact and service.
A Season of Expansion
In 2025, the organization entered a new season of growth and transformation.
We rebranded as Colorado Catholic Business Network, a name that more clearly reflects our mission and the community we serve. Alongside the rebrand, we launched an online Business Directory to help members connect, support one another, and increase visibility for Catholic-owned and Catholic-led businesses.
This was also a landmark year in organizational development. Colorado Catholic Business Network was recognized by the State of Colorado as a charitable organization and received official 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.
As the network continued to grow, so did our reach. We launched a second chapter in Castle Rock and a third chapter in the North Metro area, expanding opportunities for Catholic professionals to connect closer to home. To support this growth, we restructured the organization to better serve multiple chapters and a growing membership base. We also brought on a Marketing Chair to help strengthen communication, visibility, and outreach.
Looking Ahead
Today, Colorado Catholic Business Network continues to grow as a hub for Catholic professionals across the state. What began as one gathering has become a multi-chapter network rooted in faith, business, and community.
Guided by the example of Saint Joseph, we strive to build businesses with integrity, lead with humility, and serve with purpose. We believe business can be a force for good. We believe relationships matter. And we believe that when Catholic professionals come together with shared values and faith at the center, the impact reaches far beyond business alone.
